Our body has its own natural detoxification mechanisms for getting rid of waste products and environmental toxins, but sometimes it’s not up to the task of eliminating these toxic materials entirely. The twisting poses purify and invigorate the organs.  They assist the body in cleansing itself, which will help us feel lighter, healthier, and more energetic.

The student will receive a recording of the class to personal use, which will be available for a week.

Beginning February 3rd, there will be a 6-week-Pranayama-Course with Rosana via zoom.

“The mind is the king of the senses and the breath is the king of the mind.” Hatha Yoga Pradipika

Pran means life energy and ayama is movement of that energy through breathing exercises as a profound means to balance the body and mind. Learn how to establish your daily pranayama practice and experience how your life force will transform.

If you have a minimum of 1 year yoga practice, you are very much welcome!

The student will receive a recording of each class to personal use, which will be available for a week.

Rosana Seligmann began practicing yoga in 1998 and in 2000 she travelled to India for the first time to deepen her studies.
